I think that all hackers should take a look at this and understand that however salty you are, hacking is not playing the game correctly, by making your own character invincible you are taking away from other people’s experience of the game. I began to realise that permadeath is an extremely important part of the game and its not meant to be played with extreme recklessness, that kills your characters. So I started to practise nexusing again, took every single debuff and gradually moved back to the non hacking platform. I would reconnect to dungeons to claim loot that I don’t deserve. I was ruining my own experience of the game, ruining deca’s income, ruining other people’s experience of the game, and it didn’t feel fun anymore. I was able to ruin everyone else’s experience with my elevated stats. This enabled the ability to play recklessly, I would give no shits about dragging in shatters knowing that there was almost no way I could be killed. I was able to complete dungeons extremely fast had an unfair advantage over other players simply because I couldn’t die. I didn’t need pots, items or help in any way. But I felt there was something missing, I was taking something away from everyone else by hacking. During that I time AAAARGHH and I founded the guild WALL ( he didn’t mind that I was hacking – it stopped me dying lol ). I maxed characters faster then ever before and hit my very first 8/8 (paladin – still alive, for now) I spent money on the game and enjoyed the game more than ever. It was glorious, during my entire time using a hacked client I almost never needed to press nexus, it had a beautiful fullscreen and fantastic auto aim. I stumbled on mpgh and a rotmg hacked client. My prized necromancer was lost, i was angry and searched for a way to not die.

In my mind I was thinking “ wtf? Free fame?” But they were hacking and sitting in the middle of a godwall. Then the worst possible thing happened, I tped to someone calling out “free fame”. We maxed it 6/8 and I had great fun playing it. We started again, on a necromancer ( I was told it was a survivable class ), I really enjoyed it. However maxing someone else is boring and as soon as I was maxed 6/8 I was insta’ed in oryx’s castle.

Through realmeye forums I met a friend (AAAARGHH <3),my interest in the game was revitalised and I was able to constantly leech dungeons… I mean play with someone who really knew how to play. I was yet to understand that perma death was an extremely important part of the game. After a couple of weeks playing I never progressed past lvl 15, all my characters would constantly die to lag and I was really salty. Last year I came back, I remembered a game that I really enjoyed but was really, really bad at. I was trash, my best weapon was a meteor staff.
I was introduced to the game 5 years ago, I found it boring and mundane with constant deaths.
